Government to Engage in BT

Well, it looks like the U.S. Government intends to engage in at least some form of behavioral targeting, no doubt for entirely benign purposes. (Does that sound sarcastic?)

Sigh

So much for my 2010 New Year's resolution to post more (and more frequently) on my blog. Oh well, I guess that I can try again.
